Responsibilities:

1. Daily running of full facet of operations for resort hotel & villas, 2 designer golf courses, F&B outlets and a ferry terminal.
2. Ensure efficient operations and cost control for all departments
3. Attain excellent service standards in all areas
4. Achieve best utilization and planning of staff resources to increase productivity
5. Ensure adherence to legislation requirements

Requirements:

1. Resort hotel experience is a must
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality industry
3. Requires to be based in Bintan island, Indonesia, which is 1 hour ferry ride from Singapore.
