Our group operates in five continents with sales turn over more than USD 3 billions. Due to business expansions in EPC Division & to increase our services in Indonesia, we invite professionals & dynamic person to fill the position of:

Engineering Manager
Jakarta Raya - Lebak Bulus - TB Simatupang, Jakarta Selatan

Responsibilities:

1. Arrange, Participate in Project Kick-off meeting, Contract Review, Design and Model reviews and facilitate completion of the Design and Engineering work.
2. Arrange design inputs from Client, other agencies for carrying out engineering activities.
3. Participate in the Planning and Scheduling of engineering activity.
4. Monitor the Engineering progress, address shortfalls, develop recovery plans and ensure plans made are implemented.
5. Ensure that Engineering deliverables generated by the Engineering team meet the Project requirements in terms of technical content and follow Project specific procedures.
6. Ensure participation of the Engineering team members in Project Engineering Reviews and assist resolution of any issues arising out of the same.
7. Conduct regular Project Review meetings and record, circulate all minutes as per project needs.
8. Ensure that Interface items between disciplines are addressed.
9. Identify with the Engineering team potential areas of variation that may arise during the course of engineering and communicate the same to the project management team to ensure its non-occurrence or record changes in scope.
10. Assist the project Lead engineers in their interactions with the client counterparts as required during the project execution.
11. Facilitate project as well as discipline Audits and ensure QA activities are carried out on the project.
12. Track Changes on Project Engineering, ensure Change management.
13. Act as the interface between the Engineering team and the Project Management team and ensure
14. Ensure smooth transfer of information between the Engineering team and the Project Management team.
15. Coordinates with site on all engineering related matters.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Engineering preferring in Electrical Engineerin.
2. 10 Years of Work Experience in EPC Projects for Power Sector; out of which minimum 5 years in a managerial position in Engineering Department specialized in Substation or Power Plant peojects.
3. Significant experience with EPC style Engineering Project.
4. Excellent coordination, monitoring & supervisory skill.
5. Complex Problem Solving, Analytical & Decision Making Skills.
6. Ability to lead the team.
7. Project execution experience, Interface Management and Inter-discipline coordination.
8. Cost conscious and awarenes.
9. Client relationship management.
10. Knowledge of International specifications and codes.
11. Knowledge of Project Management Softwar.
12. Knowledge of Detailed engineering.
