Assistant Store Manager
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Male/Female. Diploma/Bachelor degree in any field.
• Min. 3 year(s) experience working in retail store.
• Age between 27 - 35 years old
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
• Possess good customer service, good analytical and drive in achieving sales target
• Able to work with shifting schedule and public holiday/weekend
• Fluent in English is a must (active and passive)

Requirements:

• Manage and supervise the team to achieve sales target, contribution and KPI
• Maintain the effective stock management system to maximize sales , profitability and minimize shrinkage
• Lead the team to consistently deliver excellent customer service
• Analyze and report the business performance of store
• Lead the meeting every month
• Manage the day-to-day Basic Operations (Cleanlines,Clarity,Comfort & Control)
• Manage and supervise the team to implementation of Operational Procedure (SOP)
• Review Performance Appraisal
