HRGA Supervisor
Mojokerto (Jawa Timur) - Ngoro Industrial Park, Jl. Raya Ngoro - Mojokerto

Responsibilities:

1. Controlling of the Employee Relation (Contract, Regulation, Dispute, etc)
2. Controlling of the Employee Service data (Absence, Overtime, Medical, Late, etc)
3. Controlling of the Training and System Development (Training, Performance Appraisal, Evaluation Contract, etc)
4. Controlling of the General Affair data (Company Legalation, Driver, Car, Cleaning Service, etc)

Requirements:

1. Male/Female
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
3. Required skill(s): human relations, admin duties, industrial relation management, Recruitment And Placement.
4. Required language(s): English, Japanese (will be advantage)
5. At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan warehouse work operations in accordance with shipments, received, store orders, perish-ability, and stock rotation requirements.
2. Schedule and assign warehouse crew and equipment to meet schedules to handle daily volume efficiently.
3. Supervise warehouse crews in a unionized environment.
4. Supervise truck loading, order selecting, and receiving.
5. Ability to coach, train, and lead work teams to achieve performance as it relates to specialization in receiving, processing, storage, order assembly or loading

Requirements:

1. Male/Female
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
3. Required skill(s): warehouse and inventory management, Warehouse And Logistic Management.
4. At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
